Unplug from modern technology and let the mind and body settle before bedtime. Join artist, exhibit creator, and meditation practitioner/teacher Jeffrey Dorsey and experience the benefits of this ancient form of technology. Guided meditation sessions will include simple (but profound) skillful techniques that you can practice on your own anytime, anywhere. Regardless of whether you are trying to restart your practice or this is your first time, no experience is necessary. All are welcome to attend one or more sessions.
Each session will consist of a brief introduction about meditation, instructions on technique, followed by guided practice and time for questions. Participants may leave early if needed, but must arrive before the start of the session to be sure to get into the building before the session starts. Blocks will be provided to sit on, and participants are welcome to bring their own cushions, blankets, etc.
