Start your day with a greater sense of awareness and well being. Join artist, exhibit creator, and meditation practitioner/teacher, Jeffrey Dorsey and experience the benefits of this ancient form of technology. Guided meditation sessions will include simple (but profound) skillful techniques (seated meditation, walking meditation, use of mantra, etc.) that you can practice on your own anytime, anywhere. Regardless of whether you are trying to restart your practice or this is your first time, no experience is necessary. All are welcome to attend one or more sessions.
Each session will consist of a brief introduction about meditation, instructions on technique(s), followed by guided practice(s), and time for questions (you are welcome to leave early if you need to). Participants may leave early if needed. Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats, blocks, cushions, blankets, etc.
